When I have free time (between school, remixing and taking care of a new puppy... does free time exist?), I have projects of my own. I always have at least five bands floating around in my head, but so far only two have stuck. The first is Cloudless, an electro pop project that is slowly evolving into something entirely different. The first release, The Stranded EP (due in February), is nothing like the album that will follow it. To steal a concept from a favorite musician of mine, Cloudless is my anything box. It is my outlet for anything I wish to create, no matter how off center it is.

The second, ice:nine, is more traditional. It is an electro/ebm project that is heavily influenced by glitch and noise music, as well as bands like Tweaker, Recoil, Haujobb and others. No plans are in stone for this project, as I am too focused on the first Cloudless album, but songs have been written and demoed. Things will happen in due time.

In addition to all of this madness, I am making an attempt to join the ranks of The Fat Man, Tommy Tallarico and Nobuo Uematsu in the world of video game composition. My love of games and of music are a natural mix, and my ideas for the future of interactive audio are strong. A new site will be developed in the coming year to focus on my composition work and separate it from my other projects.
